Blog #1:A restaurant I like

Hi, this is Akane. I'll introduce a restaurant of Vietnam dishes called Nha Viet Nam on the 8th floor of Shibuya PARCO. I went there yesterday with my friend, and ate pho. This was my meal.

It was really delicious.
It is common that noodle is made from wheat flour, but "pho", Vietnamese noodles are made from rice. It was like ramen, but much lighter than it.
You should try it!! I didn't try, but there were other special menu I'd like to have. I really recommend you this restaurant!!

  1. What's the name of the restaurant??? Give us the name of it and the link to the shop's website.
Did the pho have black pepper in it? The last two times I ate pho in Tokyo it contained pepper.
Pepper is NOT the ingredient for pho! My next pho will be in Toronto, prepared by Vietnamese cooks who know how to make it. Yum, can hardly wait.

    1. Hello. Thank you for the comment, Ms.MacGregor. I I didn't remember clearly it contained pepper, but probably there was not pepper so much, so it didn't taste pepper strongly.

  2. Can you tighten up the blog by eliminating some of the blank lines and writing in paragraphs? Don't start a new sentence on a new line!

  3. This is Yu Yamanashi. The pho looks really really delicious!! Pho is my favorite Vietnamese dish, but I've never eaten a real pho, as in the ones made by Vietnamese chefs in Vietnamese restaurants. I'll be sure to check out the restaurant the next time I go to Shibuya. Thank you for introducing it to us!

  5. Hi, Akane! This is Koyo. “Pho” seems good and healthy! I have never seen this kind of Vietnam foods before. I have had only rice paper things. So, I think I’d like to try this Vietnamese noodle someday.

  6. Ms. MacGregor again. I fixed up your blog - next time, you do it! What else is in the pho besides noodles? Tell the class on your blog. Also give a link to a recipe for pho in English. This looks like pho ga, chicken pho. What else did it have in it besides chicken and pho? If there was pepper in it, I am sure you would have seen it if not tasted it.
